The passion to bring brilliant customer service to each and every customer who walks through our Dressplace doors originates from our own poor experiences. After Helen accompanied her three daughters in search for their dream wedding dress, she discovered that the whole bridal experience could be very stressful, with very poor service from many boutiques and in some cases, downright rudeness.
Since opening our doors in 2009, Dressplace dedicates personal service and passion in every part of the business so love nothing more than hearing from previous customers after their big wedding day. After visiting our bridal boutique, Katrina sent some photo’s of her big wedding day and also complimented our service.
